VoxRT ("VoxRT," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at voxrt.com and offers SDKs, software, and supporting products for on-device voice AI (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit our website or otherwise interact with us.

Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you contact us — for example, by submitting our lead-capture form to request access to our SDKs, sending us an email, or requesting a meeting — we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your work email address, the industry you operate in, the VoxRT products you are interested in, and any additional message content.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including: IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address, device type and operating system, browser type and version, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, language and timezone settings, and similar diagnostic information. We may also receive a Google Click Identifier (GCLID) when you arrive from a Google Ads click, which we use to attribute conversions.

Cookies and similar technologies. We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, and similar tracking technologies to identify your browser, remember preferences, and measure traffic and conversions. See Section 11 for details.

Information from third parties. We may receive limited information from third-party advertising and analytics providers (such as Google) about your interactions with our advertisements and how you arrived at our website.

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, evaluate or fulfill your inquiry, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inactive lead records are reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed for these purposes.

Upon receiving your request to delete your information, we will delete or anonymize it within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or maintaining security logs). Backup copies may take up to an additional ninety (90) days to be fully purged.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Where required, we will provide notification within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; request deletion of your personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal information); limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. Other US State Privacy Laws. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others) may have similar rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, and port their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and certain processing activities. 9. Your Rights — International Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, additional rights and protections apply under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent legislation.

Lawful basis for processing. We process your personal data based on: your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); the necessity of taking pre-contractual steps at your request and performing our contract with you; our legitimate interests (such as operating, improving, and securing the website, and direct marketing to business contacts); and compliance with legal obligations.

Your rights. You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; rectify inaccurate personal data; request erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing of your personal data; data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format); and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

International transfers. Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms to ensure adequate protection of your data when transferred outside the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

10. Security

We implement physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS), restricted access to lead data, and secret-management practices for third-party credentials. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. The principal categories of cookies and trackers we use are:

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor GPC signals sent by your browser as a valid opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising where required by applicable law.

Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is currently no industry standard for how to respond to such signals, we do not respond to them at this time. We do, however, honor GPC as described above.

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access from the website.

14. Law Enforcement Requests

We may disclose your information to law enforcement or other authorities if compelled by a valid court order or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to: comply with applicable law; protect the safety of any person; or prevent fraud or abuse of the Services. Where permitted by law, we will attempt to notify you of such requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will provide notice through the website or by other means.
